We are currently recruiting for multiple positions. The successful candidates will work alongside our staff of construction engineers to provide engineering solutions to our clients in the heavy civil industry.
This position is located in Boulder, CO. We will consider candidates that wish to work remotely from their current location for up to six months before relocating. We offer flexible work hours and frequent remote work days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis on existing structures and design temporary supports, falsework and access systems for a variety of bridge dismantling, erection, and other heavy civil construction projects
- Prepare drawings, calculations, and reports for use by clients
- Participate in meetings with clients and project team members
- Maintain good relationships with clients using strong interpersonal skills
- Stay up-to-date with the state of practice, and integrate innovation and technology in design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in the design and/or construction of bridges
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- EIT licensure or eligibility within the United States (required)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work in a team environment
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience using current design codes like AASHTO, AISC and ACI
- Familiarity using structural analysis programs, specifically RISA and/or MIDAS
- Experience (proficiency preferred) in AutoCAD
Salary Range: $60,000 to $74,000

- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the design and/or construction of bridges
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- P.E. license in any state (or have the ability to obtain within one year)
- Strong communication skills ( both written and verbal) and ability to work in a team environment
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience using current design codes like AASHTO, AISC and ACI
- Familiarity using structural analysis programs, specifically RISA and/or MIDAS
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000
